What materials are your coving and cornices made from?
Our products are primarily crafted from high-density polyurethane and hardened polystyrene. These materials are lightweight, durable, and much easier to install than traditional heavy plaster.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. We also offer an express shipping option for urgent renovations, provided the items are in stock.
Can I paint the coving immediately after installation?
Yes, all our coving products come pre-primed with a smooth white base coat. Once the adhesive is fully dry, you can apply any water-based or oil-based paint of your choice.
Do you provide samples before I place a full order?
Certainly. We offer a sample service so you can check the profile size and material quality in your own home before committing to a larger purchase.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
Which adhesive should I use for installation?
We recommend using our specialized DecoFix adhesives. Use DecoFix Pro for porous surfaces and DecoFix Ultra for joints to ensure a seamless and long-lasting finish.
