Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service department via email within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely repackage the coving or mouldings in their original protective cardboard to prevent snaps or cracks during transit.
Arrange Transport
Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer label.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
